    Can you guess which neighborhood in Knoxville this is?

    So, you accepted my challenge…go you! You must be pretty confident in your ability to identify one of Knoxville’s most affluent neighborhood (Clue #1). Now before we get started you must know the rules: you only get five clues, you cannot Google any of the information listed below, and last but not least you must place your guess on our Facebook post! Doing so will enter you in a drawing for a FREE home evaluation! (woohoo free stuff!!)

    Now….let the games begin and may the odds be ever in your favor!

    (Clue #2) This neighborhood was one of the first ones built in Knoxville, constructed in 1914 by several business men.

    (Clue #3) several famous Tennessee residents have called this neighborhood their home, including Governor Bill Haslam, author Cormac McCarthy, and the author of Roots, Alex Haley.

    (Clue #4) Several of the most famous houses in the area are located here, including the Jenkins House, the University of Tennessee’s president’s house, and Thomas House, which was built in the 1850’s.

    (clue #5) it features sport fields, a playground and exercise yard, and two waterway accesses to the Tennessee River.
